Today we?re reviewing the Corolle Tidoo Doll. Corolle is a French manufacturer, and they?re now producing out of the East. Originally designed and currently designed in France. They go to a lot of attention to detail to make sure their dolls are very lifelike. So, generally they take 100s of photographs of children of the time. Either it be the 70s, 80s, 90s, 00s and then find their face shape and then produce them into the dolls today. So with Tidoo here, what they?ve managed to do is incorporate a soft body doll that you can then go and put into the bath. So most of the time the children want to play with their doll, have bath time with them, but then the doll is too wet to go to bed with. What you do with Tidoo, you can undress her and take all her clothes off and inside she?s got special beans that then dry very quickly. Inside they are double-bagged. So double-bagging when it comes to the beads is just for safety. So Corolle are really up with what they want to be in the marketplace of high quality safe dolls. So you can see by her, is the soft bodiness while she is wriggling around. What you are not going to be able to tell and what brings some real comfort to the children is the smell of vanilla. So infused into all the vinyl is actually the smell of vanilla. It is a smell of trust that children know from a very young age. So your little daughter, son maybe who wants to have a doll, you can have the Corolle doll, cuddle it, play with it, take it in the bath, have bath time, hang it up and dry it. By the time they are ready for bed they can take their baby to bed too. So suitable for ages 18 months +, which is actually quite a big deal because a lot of dolls on the marketplace are for 3+. So just be aware of that when you are out there checking out dolls. So 18 months +. Doll, 32cms long, and it?s really the right size for that age group.
